Honorary Secretary’s reports for the session 07/08 by Kevin Williams were circulated; the value of email was addressed. Details of Treasurers report read by Mr R. Bretherton. An Agreement was made for Mr J. Hart to be forwarded for ABA council, vote of thanks to the treasurer.

Kevin Williams brought up the proposal of unlicensed boxing clubs wanting to be affiliated to A B A club.
Any unlicensed boxing club wishing to be affiliated to A B A is not aloud, this is totally banned, a majority vote was wi-held and an agreement was made.

Proposed by Chorley A B C to let younger kids have bouts at shows, few bouts and subject to no payment fee. 2nd E.Peate all in favour to N.W committee.

Appointment secretary is now Alvin Finch any club wishing to book a club show should now contact Alvin details to contact him are supplied at begin of this report.
If your club is run by committee members or any members who are involved with the running of your club, these people will now have to C.R.B checked to take part with boxing. Please see Alan Lynch regarding this.
Next session there will be a new card to be held by all coaches and officials. This is an up to date version and looks like a credit card style please see Alan Lynch (your old ones are still valid).
Can all clubs please see warrior database to register and receive your unique number. This is a better way of match making as you can list all your boxers and records so other clubs can view what boxers you have, it lets you list their age their weight and record also if their ready to box.
34yr rule was questioned to see if it can be changed to an older age? Advised to be forwarded through N.W.Co’s.
Meeting will now be every 1st Tuesday in every month.
